Reverse Trade Show

PEP is excited to announce a NEW format for our popular Reverse Trade Show. PEP will match Vendors and Exhibitor Companies (the traditional manufacturing and multi-disciplined engineering firms) for 10-minute face to face virtual meetings. Vendors will be able to choose the specific department or individual that is the best fit for their product or service.

We invite you to be part of this unique event the week of November 16-20^th, 2020.
Evonik, Mitsubishi Polysilicon, BASF, Alabama Power, Huntington Ingalls,  and Hargrove Engineers
are just some of the companies that will be Exhibitors in this new format.

Fostering business development and relationships are more important now than ever before. We know that Covid has impacted your ability to access potential new customers and visit plants and other large companies. The Virtual RTS guarantees you a 10-minute virtual face-to-face meeting with the company/person you have selected.

The number of available appointments depends upon Exhibitors and is on a first come first served basis.PEP Members will have an advance opportunity to purchase meetings before it is open to the public, as well as receiving a 20% discount on meeting price.

PEP’s ability to match Vendors and Exhibitors is a valuable opportunity for both parties.

Through this virtual platform, PEP will provide industrial suppliers and service companies an opportunity to have an individual, longer, more flexible, and meaningful virtual meeting with exactly the right persons in the right departments. Vendors’ and Exhibitors’ benefit from this virtual proceeding will be tremendous!

How it will work: The manufacturing plants will once again serve as “Exhibitors” and  will commit to being matched for a set number of 10-minute virtual meetings to be with  Vendors who will purchase the meeting match from PEP. The meetings will take place during November 16-20^th. Exhibitors are asked to provide contacts in multiple departments, including but not limited to Purchasing, Engineering, HSE, Capital Planning, Maintenance, HR and more. PEP will match the Vendor with the individual department.

Dates: November 16-20, 2020

Times of Meetings: Anytime that week that is mutually convenient to the Exhibitor and Vendor based on information provided by the Exhibitor when registering.

Where: Virtual Platform of Exhibitors choice (Microsoft TEAMS is recommended, but not required.) Virtual platform must allow visual meeting, and opportunity for vendor to share slides, presentation materials and video.

Setting up the Meeting: PEP will make a match and send all contact information for each other to the Exhibitor and Vendor. The Exhibitor is responsible for setting up the meeting with the Vendor. The Exhibitor will then report to PEP that status of all meetings at the end of the week. PEP can help facilitate communications between the Exhibitor and Vendor, but PEP will not host the actual virtual meeting.

COST: Each individual meeting will cost $50 for the Vendor. PEP members receive a 20% discount, $40 per meeting
