City of Mobile: Proposed Unified Development Code
As the City begins the adoption process of a new zoning code, Mrs. Beaco will explain the changes in the UDC, emphasizing the environmental protections included in the plan, as well as changes to encourage economic development.
The breakfast, free of charge to PEP members, begins at 7:00 am and will consist of a 30-minute presentation with time for Q&A at the end of the presentation. Please register below. Registered participants will receive a Microsoft Teams link to view and participate in the presentation.
