The 38th annual Alabama Coastal Cleanup is set for Saturday, September 20, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Baldwin and Mobile counties. This annual event, coordinated by the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources’ State Lands Division and Alabama People Against a Littered State, is Alabama’s largest single-day volunteer cleanup effort and has engaged more than 113,000 volunteers since 1987.
