In May, PEP members, along with Mobile Bay National Estuary Program and TC Boiler & Piping, organized a clean-up along the Causeway, hosted at Austal USA. We had more than 70 volunteers come out to clean up litter along the western end of the Causeway. Volunteers from Alabama Power, Evonik, Austal, Airbus, ALDOT, Hargrove Engineers, AM/NS Calvert, Thompson Engineering, Driven Engineering, Inc., Outokumpu, Third Coast Safety, Vertex Energy, VSC Fire and Security, VONA Case Management, and Elevate Workforce Inc. filled more than 100 trash bags!
